What we collect

Contact and email-update forms may collect your name, email address, organisation, reason for contacting and the information you choose to include in your message. The reflection form may also collect a written reflection, an optional image, your Yes or No sharing choice and confirmation that you accept these terms.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, manage speaking, workshop, media and book-related conversations, send occasional updates when requested, and receive and review reader reflections connected with The Creativity Paradox. A reflection is considered for the reader community or related book communications only when you select Yes.

Email updates

If you join the notes or request toolkit updates, your name and email address may be used to send those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the option in the email or by contacting the address below.

Public sharing is optional

Selecting No means your reflection will not be published. Selecting Yes gives permission for the submitted reflection or image to be considered for public sharing after review. It does not guarantee publication. Your email address will not be published.

Images and other people

Please upload only images you created or have permission to share. Avoid including sensitive personal information or identifiable people – especially children – unless you have the necessary permission.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are processed and stored using Wix, the website and form service provider. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries, administer communications or manage the reader community. Embedded videos are provided through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; interacting with those videos may be subject to YouTube's own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was submitted, to maintain relevant correspondence or to meet applicable administrative requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your submission, or withdraw permission for future public use. Withdrawal does not affect use that was already lawful before your request.
